Seherpreet KaurNutrition CoachSeherpreet is a nutritionist with a Masters Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and a Certification in Functional Nutrition and as a Diabetes Educator. In her 5 years of experience, she has extensively helped people in managing conditions like diabetes, PCOS, thyroid disorders, hypertension, gut issues and weight-related issues. With an evidence-based, client-centric approach, she aims to empower individuals to make informed dietary choices and achieve their health goals sustainably.

Shalini SinghYoga TrainerShalini is a Certified Yoga Instructor in Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga and Pre & Post Natal Yoga with 200 Hours & 50 Hours of TTC. She started practising yoga as a student, and got inspired by the lifestyle changes that she experienced personally. She has been teaching yoga for 5+ years mainly specialising in Hatha yoga & Vinyasa yoga to heal women health concerns like PCOS, Thyroid & pre-ntal fitness.
