With an evidence-based, client-centric approach, she aims to empower individuals to make informed dietary choices and achieve their health goals sustainably.
Shalini SinghYoga TrainerShalini is a Certified Yoga Instructor in Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga and Pre & Post Natal Yoga with 200 Hours & 50 Hours of TTC. She started practising yoga as a student, and got inspired by the lifestyle changes that she experienced personally.
